Refund Policy and Returns


If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP via email – and we will make every effort to help. We regret that we cannot cancel an order that has already been processed for dispatch and you will be required to return the item at your cost.


Returns must be made within 21 days of purchase date. You must notify us within this time period via email to: and you will given return instructions. We will reply within 3 working days to confirm your return. Items should be returned to us in original condition in order to be replaced/refunded. Returns must be sent back within 7 days of your return being approved. Once return or exchange is received, inspected, and approved, please allow 5-7 days for processing. Credit will be applied to your original form of payment.

Please note: When returning a product it is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or have proof of postage/shipping insurance. Please ensure that you keep tracking numbers until you receive a confirmation of refund. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we do not accept any responsibility for lost items.

Exclusions: All sales of custom products and made to order items are final and not returnable. Additionally, all items marked FINAL SALE on the product page will not be returnable as well.


As per the return policy, once your return or exchange is received, inspected and approved please allow 5-7 days for processing. Credit will be applied to your original form of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of receiving your notification of refund:

1. Double check your bank account (please remember that the amount refunded won’t include your original shipping costs unless item was defective)

2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take longer before the refund is processed by them and officially posted to your account or card

Please see our sizing information and measure your dog prior to ordering as this will minimise the chances of purchasing the wrong size. Should you wish to exchange a product due to sizing issues, we will endeavour to exchange for your desired size. If you require an exchange please let us know within 21 days of the purchase date via email to: and we can discuss what is available based on our stock levels. If a suitable alternative is not available please follow the return policy above. An exchange will only be accepted if the product is unworn, unused and unwashed. We recommend trying on an item on clean, dry dogs!
